Hotel was one of the best i stayed in Bulgaria. It has good location if you have to do some stuff in city center, yet its quite quiet inside the hotel and in the garden. Rooms are great - clean with good facilities. As a frequent traveler one of the best features in the hotel no mater how funny it may sound was the "always powered" power plugs in the room ( so you can leave your phone/tablet/laptop to charge even you are not there ). This is very annoying in all the other hotels i have been you are limited to charge only when you are in the room... Bathroom was great. Breakfast was one of the best i have experienced even for my european travels...deffinately in my top 5 list...

Everything. When we arrived, the staff in reception, Sofia and Anastasia were super nice and friendly. The room was clean, modern and quite spacious. The breakfast were good quality and delicious. The relaxation zone was great, nice heated swimming pool and sauna. This will definitely be our hotel when we come back in Sofia.

convenient, easy to find & not far from the airport- 10-15 minute taxi ride which cost 15lev. The room was lovely, very clean & comfortable & the staff extremely helpful. the restaurant was fantastic…..great food, large portions & good value. Breakfast was excellent apart from the fact it could have been hotter.

Nice breakfast & evening meals, nice spa facilities with sauna , steam and swimming poo.l Nice small boutique Hotel recently refurbished high standards including shower, nice dining area main hall with outside garden, short trip by taxi into town centre , shopping mall close by friendly staff, kept clean.

It's a small but very detail oriented hotel. Very nice looking inside. Everyone from the staff is super nice and helpful but Bojidar at the front desk is the best receptionist I have seen in my life. Also, Ivan from the servers was impressively polite. I recommend this hotel for sure!
