convenient, easy to find & not far from the airport- 10-15 minute taxi ride which cost 15lev. The room was lovely, very clean & comfortable & the staff extremely helpful. the restaurant was fantastic…..great food, large portions & good value. Breakfast was excellent apart from the fact it could have been hotter.

Beautiful decor, and feels luxurious. Excellant refurbished rooms, with nice touches everywhere. Clean and friendly staff who are on hand to help. Great breakfast. Good transport links means Sofia centre is easily accessible.

Hotel was one of the best i stayed in Bulgaria. It has good location if you have to do some stuff in city center, yet its quite quiet inside the hotel and in the garden. Rooms are great - clean with good facilities. As a frequent traveler one of the best features in the hotel no mater how funny it may sound was the "always powered" power plugs in the room ( so you can leave your phone/tablet/laptop to charge even you are not there ). This is very annoying in all the other hotels i have been you are limited to charge only when you are in the room... Bathroom was great. Breakfast was one of the best i have experienced even for my european travels...deffinately in my top 5 list...

Kind, English speaking staff, good food, clean room, cozy & warm SPA. We‘ve had a great time. Be aware it’s not directly in town, so you’ll either have to walk or take a taxi (~10€ one-way trip) in order to get to the city centre.

I absolutely loved this hotel - the rooms, the pool, the restaurant, the atrium, etc. Beautifully designed and maintained. I highly recommend it. George at the reception made our stay exceptional.
